Enrolment: Places are only secured when payment is made in full. 

Allocation: Places on courses are limited so allocation will be made on a first-come basis. 

Confirmation: I will send you confirmation of your booking on receipt of your course fee. Any pre-course/event information will usually be sent by email in advance, including information on anything that you may need to bring.  

Cancellation or changes by you: You do not have a statutory right to cancel any course because the course is a leisure activity to be attended between specific dates and accordingly falls within the exclusion provided by Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) regulations SI 2013/3134. As such by booking and paying for your course you agree to attend on the day or days specified. If you cancel your place on a course or event more than 4 weeks prior to the course you will be refunded 75% of your fee. If you cancel a place less than 4 weeks before the course date no part of the fee will be refunded (this includes any instalments or partial payments towards the cancelled course). All cancellations must be made in writing or via email. 

Cancellation by course provider: I reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop for whatever reason. In this event you will be advised of alternative date/s. If you are unable to make the alternative date repayment will be made in full.

Course Information: Please pay particular attention to the details and information provided about each course prior to booking. If you have a disability/additional support needs please contact me before booking as aspects of some courses may be unsuitable due to the nature of the location. Please ensure that you provide me with full details of any specific requirements that you may have and again I will endeavour to accommodate you. 

Participation: You are required to participate and remain with the tutored group at all times.  If you are on a course where outdoor activities take place you must join the group and cannot opt out and stay in the studio/or opt to stay outdoors when the group returns to the studio. 

Minimum Age: Unfortunately I am not able to accept enrolments for anyone under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
