A contemporary metal wall sculpture inspired by the graceful flight of swifts swooping overhead on a warm summer evening. Modern and semi-abstract in design, the artwork captures the lightness, freedom and effortless movement of these remarkable birds.

Each piece is precision laser cut from 2 mm mild steel before being individually hand polished and heat tempered in my studio. The heat treatment creates a unique iridescent finish with subtle blues, bronzes and violet tones that shift beautifully with the light, ensuring that every artwork is one of a kind.

I design and finish every piece myself, working alone from my studio in the UK. From the initial design through to the finishing process, each artwork is individually crafted with care rather than mass produced. Whether displayed in a living room, hallway, study or garden room, this design makes a striking focal point for your space.

The artwork is supplied with an easy to use  ‘invisible’ hanging system of strong magnets and screws. Please note drilling is required to attach the two magnets to the wall (screws are provided).

In order to ensure the longevity of the rainbow patina I recommend hanging the artwork indoors.
