Expressive Flower Painting Workshop at Lancaster House Hotel on 27th April

I’m delighted to be running a second art workshop at Lancaster House Hotel on Sunday 27th April. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners. We’ll be painting some lovely spring flowers; having fun with lots of enjoyable techniques in a variety of media including Brusho inks, pastels, and watercolour pencils. The session will start with a glass of fizz and some delicious nibbles, and the arty part will then run from 3-5 pm. Art classes

I have been going to one of Janet’s art classes for about a year now and I can honestly say it is the highlight of my week. She is so patient and always has great ideas and suggestions to help improve my work. Since starting I have tried lots of new techniques and media. Her own art work is amazing, she is a very talented lady.

Janet is a great teacher

Janet is a great teacher. I started doing art classes with her about 11 years ago, and my work has improved so much. She teaches really useful techniques involving a lot of different media. She always finds something good to praise in my work and has really boosted my confidence. I became so enthusiastic about making art that I ended up doing a Foundation Diploma in Art at the Manchester School of Art when I retired two years ago, with Janet as one of my referees. I highly recommend her.
